Our mission
Democratize interoperable e-invoicing
Our mission is to accelerate the transition to electronic invoice management by providing an accessible and easy-to-use invoice data interoperabilty technology for banks, corporates and developers.
Our specific focus is on banks, as we believe them to be the backbone and foundation of the future of digitized financial administration, with them providing value-added services, amalgamating banking and digital invoice management for the SME market. In our vision, the role of SMEs is extremely crucial as they are the long-tail of enterprises with a strong need for straightforward solutions with technical features that enable e-invoicing interoperability.
We thrive to assist enterprises in understanding the true benefits and advantages of e-invoicing by handing them the key to efficient digital invoice management that unlocks a myriad of new opportunities by building their own versatile, bespoke financial administration systems fitting their needs.
We believe that lowering the costs of e-invoicing interoperability for accounting softwares and ERP systems and engaging large invoice issuers is the only way we can truly democratize the access to interoperable e-invoicing for SMEs worldwide.
For these reasons, we have a strong vision for future needs that can be fulfilled with Invoice Hub, the globally interoperable e-invoicing platform.
History
Who We Are
The technological framework behind Invoice Hub was thoroughly conceptualized in 2012, followed by the visualization of our development plan in 2013, resulting in multiple prototypes and versions in the following 2 years.
In 2015, after our company, Partner HUB was incorporated, we’ve swiftly reached multiple grand milestones based on our platform, including handling the intercompany invoicing duties of Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles in Central and Eastern Europe.
In December 2016, we’ve reached another breakthrough by the fruitful launch of eBiz by OTP, – Hungary’s number 1 bank – with Invoice Hub as its backend software. eBiz is a digital financial assistant for SMEs, providing value-added services, helping them handle their financial administration and cash-flow management digitally.
We were present at FinovateFall 2018 in New York City and Finovate Europe.
We’ve attended the EFMA SME Banking Conference in Vienna, ITU Telecom World Budapest and FinTechtalents London in 2019.
A second major Hungarian bank Budapest Bank launched their Invoice Hub-based digital financial assistant, BUPA to provide value-added services in early 2020.
Through the aforementioned 2 banks, our technology ensures legally compliant digital invoice management for over 50 thousand European enterprises.
We were awarded with Banking Frontier’s prominent Technoviti Awards in India both in 2020 and 2021.
We have won EFMA & Capgemini’s NewTech Challenge in the Payment Startup category in 2021.
The fortune 500 fintech company, FIS Global has chosen Partner HUB and its invoice2RTP product as a partner for providing the UI and API layer for EBPP and RTP integrated with their payment solutions, in particular OPF (Open Payment Framework) for Enterprise Payments.
